Shipping Policy
International Delivery
Carefully Packed
VANYALUNE
Delivery, Carefully Considered
From our studio to your collection.
At VANYALUNE, every jewelry order is prepared with attention to presentation, protection
and accuracy. Our pieces are designed to travel with you, and we take care to package
orders appropriately before they leave our fulfillment process.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered, including
estimated delivery expectations, international shipping considerations, tracking,
customs and situations that may affect the delivery timeline.
Because VANYALUNE serves customers internationally, actual delivery times can vary
depending on destination, local carrier conditions, customs procedures, public holidays
and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Selected details from the VANYALUNE collection
The Journey
Four simple stages from order confirmation to arrival.
01
Order Received
Once your order is successfully placed, the order details are reviewed and prepared
for fulfillment.
02
Preparation
Your selected pieces are checked, organized and carefully packed before dispatch.
03
Dispatch
Once the parcel leaves our fulfillment process, available tracking information will be
provided when applicable.
04
Delivery
The parcel is transferred through the applicable carrier network and delivered to the
shipping address provided at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are prepared with care before they begin their journey.
After an order is received, we begin the fulfillment process. Processing time refers to
the period required to prepare an order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.
Please make sure that your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing an
order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, additional
carrier charges or the parcel being returned to the sender.
Once an order has entered the dispatch process, changes to the shipping address may not
always be possible. If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as
soon as possible at sales@vanyalune.store.
Please note that processing time and transit time are separate. A carrier's estimated
delivery period begins after the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Information
What to know before your parcel leaves us.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times can differ according to destination and carrier service. International
parcels may require additional transit time because of customs processing, local
transportation networks, seasonal demand and regional delivery conditions.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information may be provided after
dispatch. Please allow some time for the carrier system to register the parcel before
the tracking information begins displaying movement.
International Orders
VANYALUNE accepts orders from customers in different countries. International shipments
may pass through customs or other border-control procedures before entering the local
delivery network.
Customs & Duties
Depending on the destination country, imported orders may be subject to customs duties,
taxes, brokerage charges or other local fees. Any such charges are generally determined
by the destination country's authorities and may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address,
including apartment, suite, unit, postal code and other relevant information where
applicable.
Delivery Attempts
If a carrier is unable to complete delivery, the carrier may make additional attempts,
redirect the parcel to a local collection point or follow its own procedures for
undeliverable shipments.
Important Notes
Occasionally, the journey takes a little longer.
Weather & Carrier Disruptions
Severe weather, transportation interruptions, strikes, carrier congestion and other
logistical events may affect delivery schedules. These situations may be outside
VANYALUNE's direct control.
Public Holidays & Peak Seasons
Orders placed during major holidays, promotional periods or periods of unusually high
demand may require additional processing or transit time.
Customs Delays
International shipments may remain with customs authorities for inspection or
documentation. The duration of customs processing varies by country and cannot be
guaranteed by VANYALUNE.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned because the shipping address was incorrect, delivery was
repeatedly unsuccessful or the parcel was not collected within the carrier's
required period, additional shipping arrangements may be necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears significantly damaged when it arrives, please document the
condition and contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details
so that the situation can be reviewed.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or the tracking information has
stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us. We will review the
available shipment information and assist with the next appropriate step.
Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, changes to the destination or
delivery instructions may depend on the carrier's available services and policies.
Contact Before Ordering
If you have a specific delivery requirement, destination concern or question about
international shipping, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
